The location was excellent, offering a private beach with security. i really liked the exclusive access to the beach loungers. It was an awesome perk. daily water bottles were a nice touch and much appreciated!

during my stay, the hot water was not always reliable in the bathroom. i had to let the water run for an extended time hoping for it to heat up but it was a waste of water.

The staff was very cute. They accommodated my request to change rooms. they provided a birthday cake as a surprise for my birthday celebration! the staff went out of their way to make it special.

missing shelvingbad showerhead

the bathroom setup was a bit of a head-scratcher. there was zero shelving near the shower, so i had to perform acrobatics just to grab my shampoo. plus, the showerhead, it just sprayed water everywhere except where i actually needed it. someone really dropped the ball when designing that bathroom, it was a total oversight.

this hotel is good. i liked my bungalow. it was very clean with a nice outside area. the location it had was right on the beach. the breakfast choices were good. the cocktails were excellent.

hot water wasnt available in my bathroom. staff told me to let the water run for 10 to 15 mins. hot water never started coming. it was a waste of water.
